What do I need to bring as a new patient?
Please bring your new patient package, insurance information, a copy of your driver’s license, and all medications you are currently taking.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Our Main office is located at 1440 Narrow lane parkway. Our east office is located at 7080 Sydney Curve, Montgomery, AL, 36117
Can I see another doctor in the group?
To ensure continuity of care, we prefer that patients maintain a relationship with one physician.
Do I have to pay a co-pay at the time of the visit?
Yes, most insurance companies require us to collect your co-pay at the time of the appointment. If you are a new patient.
How do I pay my bill?
At the time of check-in you will be asked your co pay and we also send a bill by mail if there is any pending balance. We do not use DOXO as a form of payment.
Do we provide COVID vaccine?
No, please contact our local hospitals for more information about the COVID vaccine.
